Abstract: This data belongs to the paper entitled „Exploring the vibrational series of pure trilobite Rydberg molecules“ published in Nature Communications by M. Althoen, M. Exner, R. Blaettner and H. Ott. Please refer to the paper for interpretation of the data. In the following some detail on the collected data is described. Spectrum: only ions with momenta smaller than 0.36 a.u. were counted towards the spectrum. Potentials: the Born-Oppenheimer potential curves of the two trilobite wells are provided in separate files. These have been adjusted to the measured spectrum via the scattering length. Lifetime: The ionization delay time is varied and ions with momenta smaller than 0.36 a.u. are counted. For each molecular peak a separate file is provided, labeled with the detuning. Dipole moment: Each h5 file corresponds to a molecular peak, labeled with the detuning. In each file, different groups are defined, which correspond to a electric field. For each group, the spectrum of ions with momentum smaller than 0.72 a.u. is provided in three datasets (detuning, mean ion counts, standard error of the mean).
